On Wednesday, August 16th, 2023, Firefighters4Freedom will be hosting a dinner celebrating the career of Engineer Matt Mammone at the Huntington Beach Beer Company.
Engineer Mammone served the City of Los Angeles for over 15 years as a dedicated employee, helping Angelinos during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Unfortunately, after over 500 days off work without pay, in May of 2023, Matt was terminated by the city for standing up against tyranny in the wake of the mandates.
Matt believes that it is every American’s right to personal choice, body autonomy and medical freedom and to this point he said no to the shot.
This choice caused Matt’s career to be ended early and deprived him and his family of their livelihood; it also deprived the citizens of Los Angeles of a valuable employee who loved helping others.
More importantly, it showed the city and the world what it looks like to be a leader and stand for your convictions, what is right, and what it means when you take an oath.
Please join us as we celebrate Matt for his courage and to not only thank him for his dedicated service to the city, but also as a leader to the rest of the world who stood strong in the face of governmental overreach.
