Employee resources and templates

This packet is designed directly from the Los Angeles City Charter, Personnel Procedures, and Mayor Memo, LA Ordinance, and violation of due process. Almost all cities and counties have a charter they are operating off of. These templates are templates only. They do not constitute legal advice. Please feel free to alter the documents and use them to best support your situation. We will never stop fighting for you! Please consider an appropriate donation for use of our resources and support our mission.

Mandates

One of the most talked about issues right now are mandates. Mandates around testing, injections, masks, Emergency Use Authorization products, and more. At PERK, we believe all human beings have a right to refuse or choose what they put into their body. We have carefully designed document templates with the support of intelligent individuals to support your Right to Refuse. You may use templates and documents to protect your rights, push back on your supervisors, empower your knowledge, or notify your employer the laws, procedures, due process, and regulations in place that protect you. Alert your direct supervisor that they may be personally liable for violating procedures, including enforcing discriminatory policies, including harassment. Please consider a donation for use of our resources. 15 Document Packet Below:

Employment Provisions Violated

original documents, ordinances, Memo, civil service rules

Preservation of Bodily Autonomy Central to Civil Liberty, Religious Freedom,
Civil Rights, and Liberties are proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence, the Nuremberg Code
(Informed Consent) and protected in the Constitution, to ensure our unalienable rights to bodily
autonomy. Medical ethicists have long maintained that a patient who has been coerced to consent to
injection of biotechnology or a medical procedure, due to fear of losing access to basic necessities (i.e.
food, medical care, education, employment, travel, freedom) should not be presumed to have provided
lawful informed consent to the injection or medical procedure. Mandates and coercion violate
the Nuremberg code, the 1st amendment of the United States Constitution, and our unalienable rights to bodily autonomy. The American people must retain
their ability to make their own medical decisions through education and informed consent, with
equitable alternatives. Liability free products must be offered without mandates, coercion, and
restrictions of freedom placed upon the U.S. citizens. We must learn from our history or be doomed to
repeat the great injustices of our past. Please protect the American people from another potential great
civil and human rights travesty.
— PERK President Amy Bohn

Legislation Template

Many states have codified the Nuremberg code and The Declaration of Helsinki. Realizing this is another time in history where our rights to live freely in society are at risk. An immunity caste system, or worse a discriminatory system must not be put in place. You can stand on either side of an issue, but unite for freedom for all. Here is legislation put together to protect you in your state. Legislation Preserving Civil Liberties, 12 Page Legislation Template
