PERK is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to Protecting the Educational Rights of Kids. PERK’s mission is to advocate for medical freedom, bodily autonomy, civil rights, parental rights and to protect the right to an education for high school students, college students, and elementary school age children. PERK has over 30,000 members throughout California, consisting of public employees, first responders, students and parents of children attending school, grades K through 12, in California.
