Today is a very special day as we highlight the fact that PERK has successfully delayed mandates in multiple cities and counties, preserving tens of thousands of jobs! Lawsuits are expensive and we anticipate the legal fees will continue to increase as our legal teams aggressively fight for your freedoms in the courts. Our campaign goal is $500,000 to support these legal efforts, continue efforts to defeat bad bills, and protect your right to refuse. We thank you in advance for your continued support as we continue to protect children’s rights and freedom from mandates!

Thousands of concerned citizens from 38 states want Governor Newsom to Veto AB2098

In only a few days, our form, assessing the opposition to AB2098, has been signed by thousands of doctors, patients, members of the medical community, and concerned citizens from 38 different states. 

New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Kentucky, California, Utah, Ohio, Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, South Dakota, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Virginia, Nevada, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Alabama, Indiana, Missouri, Rhode Island, Texas, Michigan, New Mexico, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Wyoming, Arizona, Montana, Colorado, Wisconsin, Arkansas, and the opposition is growing by the minute.  

They all have one thing in common. They want Governor Newsom to VETO AB2098.

All of you that attended Advocacy Days at the Capital, attended Take Action Town Halls, passed out flyers and took important action steps which helped defeat bills SB 866, SB 1464, AB 1993, SB 1390, SB 920 and SB 871 during the 2022 Legislative Season!

Over 800,000 Actions were taken this Legislative season .

Over 800,000 Actions were taken this Legislative season to oppose bad bills and additionally 3,100 citizens and hundreds of Organizations co-signed the Declaration of Opposition to help defeat SB 866. This goes to show that getting educated, involved and taking action WORKS. We need you and hope you will continue to join PERK as we work to defeat future bad bills. Together we will celebrate those wins as well.
