“VAERS publishes vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed.

Historically, VAERS has been shown to report only 1% of actual vaccine adverse events.

U.S. VAERS data from Dec. 14, 2020, to July 15, 2022, for 6-month-olds to 5-year-olds show:

2,252 adverse events, including 76 cases rated as serious and 3 reported deaths.

4 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis (heart inflammation).

The CDC uses a narrowed case definition of “myocarditis,” which excludes cases of cardiac arrest, ischemic strokes and deaths due to heart problems that occur before one has the chance to go to the emergency department.

14 reports of blood clotting disorders.

20 reports of seizures.

U.S. VAERS data from Dec. 14, 2020, to July 15, 2022, for 5- to 11-year-olds show:

12,112 adverse events, including 309 rated as serious and 8 reported deaths.

24 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis.

47 reports of blood clotting disorders.

100 reports of seizures.

U.S. VAERS data from Dec. 14, 2020, to July 15, 2022, for 12- to 17-year-olds show:

32,734 adverse events, including 1,844 rated as serious and 44 reported deaths.

62 reports of anaphylaxis among 12- to 17-year-olds where the reaction was life-threatening, required treatment or resulted in death — with 97% of cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine.

656 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis with 644 cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine.

164 reports of blood clotting disorders with all cases attributed to Pfizer.

20 cases of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) with all cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine.

U.S. VAERS data from Dec. 14, 2020, to July 15, 2022, for all age groups combined, show:

20% of deaths were related to cardiac disorders.

54% of those who died were male, 41% were female and the remaining death reports did not include the gender of the deceased.

The average age of death was 73.

As of July 15, 5,657 pregnant women reported adverse events related to COVID-19 vaccines, including 1,766 reports of miscarriage or premature birth.

Of the 3,625 cases of Bell’s Palsy reported, 51% were attributed to Pfizer vaccinations, 40% to Moderna and 8% to J&J.

901 reports of Guillain-Barré syndrome, with 42% of cases attributed to Pfizer, 30% to Moderna and 27% to J&J.

2,290 reports of anaphylaxis where the reaction was life-threatening, required treatment or resulted in death.

1,738 reports of myocardial infarction.

14,223 reports of blood-clotting disorders in the U.S. Of those, 6,360 reports were attributed to Pfizer, 5,108 reports to Moderna and 2,719 reports to J&J.

4,266 cases of myocarditis and pericarditis with 2,615 cases attributed to Pfizer, 1,448 cases to Moderna and 187 cases to J&J.

14 cases of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease with 8 cases attributed to Pfizer, 5 cases to Moderna and 1 case to J&J.

269 cases of POTS with 164 cases attributed to Pfizer, 87 cases to Moderna and 17 cases to J&J.”

Action Steps this week for AB 1940

AB 1940 School-Based Health Center Support Program. (Salas)

The bill would integrate the school-based health center in the school or LEA community school model. It authorizes a school-based health center to provide primary medical care (including immunizations), reproductive and behavioral health services, or dental care services onsite or through mobile health without parent consent. SBHC shall collect and report child's medical data to the California Public Health Department.

Sen Appropriations Committee Hearing Date: 08/01/22

1.  Submit letter of opposition to legislative portal. Get all organizations, businesses, and medical professionals to do the same.

2.  Call Senate Appropriations Committee members directly at their district and capitol offices to register your opposition and to ask them to vote NO or ABSTAIN on AB 1940. If you know people that reside in the Committee members district, get them and everyone they know to call .

3. Email Senate Appropriations Committee members directly to voice your opposition to AB 1940. Need to apply the fiscal impact in your comment. Or use our one click campaign above.

4. Call their Capitol Offices all week, District offices on Friday. Email and call members directly to voice your opposition.

* Concentrate on the (D)legislators: If you live in the district of one of these legislators, get everyone you know that also resides in that district to call these legislators to oppose. Be sure to thank the (R) legislators for opposing this bill.

Appropriations committee view bills on its fiscal impact, the cost of the bill, and how funds can be made or not made for the bill.

When emailing, calling or meeting with members of the appropriation committee, you should focus on points related to the bill’s fiscal impact and how it impacts the state budget. This enables committee members debate about the pro’s and con’s bill.

Fiscal Impact: According to the Assembly’s Appropriation Committee Bill Analysis,

General Fund (GF) cost pressure, but no specific cost increase as existing law and this bill are contingent upon a budget appropriation. The author has a $100 million budget request before Assembly Budget Subcommittee No. 1 for the purpose of SBHC services.

These bills still need to be stopped!

Why are these bills so bad? Individually they seem harmless, some may even seem like a good idea. But when you see how they all build on each other, you see the the foundation that is being laid down. If, SB 866 passes to change consent to vaccination to age 15, the gateway is open to all these other bills. This will allow for insurmountable coercion, bullying and duress for minors to succumb to a medical procedure/treatment they may not want or should not have. This will usurp parent’s protective authority to decide what is in the best interest for their child’s health. This will hide the medical information from parents/guardians. Essentially transferring authority over your child to the state. Please continue to educate legislators and to demand they oppose the following bad bills.

SB 866
Minors: vaccine consent (Wiener) This bill would authorize a minor 15 years of age or older to consent to vaccines.

SB 1184

Confidentiality of Medical Information Act: school-linked services coordinators This bill will change the California Medical Privacy act to authorize a health care provider or service plan to disclose your child’s medical information to a school-linked services coordinator.

SB 1419

Health Information (Becker) This bill would prohibit the representative of a minor from inspecting the minor’s patient record when the records relate to certain services, including medical care related to the prevention or treatment of pregnancy, as specified. This bill goes hand in hand with SB 866.

SB 1479

COVID19 testing in schools: COVID19 testing plans (PAN) Requires schools to continue COVID19 testing.

AB 1797
Development of a state immunization registry (Weber) Creates a state-mandated digital immunization registry for every vaccine. This bill will “require” health care providers and other agencies, including schools, childcare facilities, family childcare homes, and county human services agencies to disclose specified immunization information”, with no “opt out” provision.

AB 1940

School-Based Health Center Support Program The bill would authorize a school-based health center to provide primary medical care (including immunizations), behavioral health services, or dental care services onsite or through mobile health or telehealth. School-based health centers shall collect and report data to the California Public Health Department. To integrate the school-based health center in the school or local educational agency’s community school model.

Happy 4th of July!

It’s 4th of July weekend. Let’s not forget to honor those who have fought and continue to fight our country and what America’s Independence day means. Let’s all thank our fellow brave domestic warriors that have been championing and continue the fight to keep our rights, freedom intact and protect our children.

July also means that the legislature in Sacramento is on Summer Recess until Aug. 1st. Legislators will be in their district offices during this time. We must continue to advocate against the remaining bad bills that are moving their way through legislature.

Per our recent town hall on Thursday, please continue to:

• Attend your local legislator’s events (i.e coffee talks) during the summer.

• Build relationships with legislators

• Meet with California State Legislators and Staffers at their district offices.

• Follow Calls To Action we send out.
