AB 1940 School-Based Health Center Support Program. (Salas)
The bill would integrate the school-based health center in the school or LEA community school model. It authorizes a school-based health center to provide primary medical care (including immunizations), reproductive and behavioral health services, or dental care services onsite or through mobile health without parent consent. SBHC shall collect and report child's medical data to the California Public Health Department.
